We ship worldwide.
Please note: depending on the destination country, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Warranty
Since each piece of jewelry is custom-made and includes a personalized engraving, refunds are not available.
However, we always support our customers if:
- the item is defective;
the item does not match the order.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or an exchange. All our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. For detailed warranty conditions and care instructions, please see the next section.
Your
Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation letter. Whenever possible, we will provide you with a tracking number from the carrier. We also ship worldwide using international courier services. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Within Thailand, shipping is free of charge.

Please note: customers can track their order directly using the tracking number provided once the parcel has been shipped. We do not have access to any additional information beyond what the carrier provides.
